Shipments, Returns, and Cancellations
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment (unless otherwise noted), and are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking and signature confirmation. Shipments are based on business days. We do not process/ship orders during the weekends, holidays, or extreme weather conditions. Ground shipping usually takes 2-7 business days. Priority shipping usually takes 2-3 business days.
All orders are shipped to the Paypal address. Customer must specify ship to address on Paypal at check out. We only ship to the address specified on Paypal. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure address specified at Paypal checkout is the correct address to ship to. We are not responsible for any lost packages that are caused by an incorrect shipping address provided on the invoice. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes immediately to avoid any complications or delays with your order.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation (to the email address entered on your order) with your tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please contact customer service at email@example.com, and we’ll gladly update you with your shipping information. Not responsible for packages after they have been shipped. Not responsible for lost, refused, or stolen packages. All packages are insured through the USPS, UPS, or FedEx and claims can be made directly with the carrier. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help to resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
Feisty Gurl offers a 14 day return policy for shoes only (from the date of receipt). You may return shoes within (14) days from the receipt of order to receive a refund. All items that are not returned within (14) days are FINAL SALE. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after our receipt of package. Once your refund is processed, you will receive an email. Shipping and handling fees and any discounts applied to the order are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please also note Special Orders are not qualified for returns or exchanges.

For proper processing your return package, please make sure to have your Return Authorization Number (RMA number) visible on the outside of the shipping package
- We will reserve the right to request for pictures , in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/ manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.
- Original packaging is required along with any original tags from handbags and accessories. Shoe boxes must be wrapped with thick paper/plastic. Unwrapped packages will be subject to a 50% per-item restocking fee.
- Only new unworn items are accepted for return. If returned items have been worn, a 50% restocking fee will be applied
- Do not ship the box back with postage or tape on the box. Items returned like this will incur a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.
- We do not accept returns for products other than defect or damaged during transit
If a package is refused or undeliverable and is returned to us, a 20% restocking fee will be applied before any store credits are issued. Original shipping charges will not be refunded for any reason.
Handbags and Final Sale Items - No Returns, Exchanges, or Store Credits.
Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing your request to email@example.com. In the email please include 1/ order number 2/ items requesting to be returned and 3/ reason for return. Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item Policy
We strive to make every purchase correct and check for any damages prior to shipping. If you receive an item that was not ordered or is defective, please prepare clear images of the item and email us with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right. Item(s) must be unworn and reported within 5 days of receipt. For wrong item, a return label will be supplied to the customer from Feisty Gurl, and will expire 5 business days after receipt. If the return label expires, the item(s) will no longer be returnable.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled after it has been processed.
